How can I grab the background image from my Writer file, and save it to my PC?

To avoid the need to unZIP the file, after first saving the document in ODT format, you can use File → Save As → HTML Document. This saves the page background image separately from the HTML document that's created. For example if I save the document as Foo.html, Writer also creates Foo_html_72f2ac9e.jpg, the page background image, in the same directory.
