Assuming the files you can't find haven't been deleted then try the following:
(1) Go here and download the portable version of Everything that matches the bit-ness of your Windows 10 installation.
(2) Unpack the zip file you downloaded into a folder of your choice.
(3) Open that folder and launch Everything.exe — agree to run it as Administrator.
(4) In the Everything search window type the search 'phrase' *.odt Everything will, after a small time interval, show all the files that have the .odt extension on your system.
(5) Right-click on any file shown by Everything and you will find a range of options to work with the file.
(6) Repeat the above sort of steps to find, say, *.ods files and so on, according to the file-types you want to search for.
