Macros and UNO API • Grouping family names

I have built 4 family ancestry files and would like to pick one to perform the following.
Example: 1 ancestral family file named: FamilyOriginsLithuania. Names are: Abson, Bacon, Cardinal & Detson.

1. I would like to build a formula wherre I open the file FamilyOriginsLithuania.
2. Build a formula. (When I open the file, where would I need to place the formula.
2A. Where would I build and enter the formula.
3. Select the name Cardinal, where would I place it in the formula.
4. Once I have the formula completed, will it take the results and place it in a temp file?
5A: How/where would I create the temp file name? Would it be in the FamilyOriginsLithuania?
5B Wish to title the file - FamilyCardinaltemp

Are there any other steps I omitted?
