Calc • Exporting data from Google calendar to calc to edit an invoice

Dear All,

Firstly i want to thanls everyone here that spend time to help.

Before posting this thread i used the search button and tried to see if someone asked the same question before.

So if someone already answered it i did not find it and i want to apologize.


I don't know if my question is simple or not.


I'm an independant tour guide and I use a lot Google calendar to set up the meetings with customer.

Then i use this google calendar to check all the meeting i had that month and make an invoice.

It is very time consuming to check each meeting one by one then to create an invoice in calc. (I make a lot of mistakes when i count each item)

My question is :

Can we make it automatic. The idea is to "export the data from google calendar" and edit an invoice from this data.

For exemple : "1 st of august M Martin Full day 8 hours" in my calendar become 8 hours tour x 1 = 10 dollars


if I have 10 days like this in the month : 8 hours tour X 10 = 80 dollars.

For sure i have different type of tour and prices related.

I'm really noob in calc. So if someone knows the answer i l lbe happy to learn !
