Calc • Re: Edit directly in Cell

Hi, and welcome to the forum. You mentioned Excel in your topic so I have moved it from the Beginners forum to the Calc forum.

What I want, is to edit in the formula bar at the top of the screen/page.

Instead of pressing F2, click in the formula bar, or press:
• ⌘⇧F2 on MacOS
• Ctrl Shift F2 on other platforms

If this solved your problem please go to your first post use the Edit ✏️ button and add [Solved] to the start of the Subject field. Select the green checkmark icon at the same time.
